How we work
We first choose the journeys that matter most. We organise their structure and explore it through wireframes. Visual design develops the agreed direction, while a prototype shows the connections between screens. Research and testing are scoped around available evidence, budget and project risk.
We consider readability, keyboard interaction and different screen sizes. Interface copy is part of the design: users should understand what happened and what they can do next.
What you receive
An agreed set of screens, components and behaviour notes to support implementation. Handover includes the reasoning behind decisions and areas that should be checked in the working product. The exact deliverables are agreed before work begins.
